FFUSA Attends Rotary 6450 Convention

Medina, MN – May 21, 2007 – First Financial USA, is pleased and honored to announce the partnership between the First Financial USA (FFUSA) GiveBack and Rotary District 6450 “The Birthplace of Rotary.”
At the heart of this exciting new partnership is a fundraising program by which all businesses that accept credit cards can now elect to direct a portion of their merchant fees directly to a non-profit organization of their choice (i.e. Rotary).
With the FFUSA GiveBack, Rotary can now generate on-going revenue with very little effort and no cost.
FFUSA’s President John Eliason and VP of Sales Charles “Chuck” Fowler presented the GiveBack at the District Convention May 18-19. Eliason reports, “We were so very pleased and honored by the warm reception given by the members of District 6450. Linda Yates had everything coordinated perfectly, what an absolute gem she is! As members stopped to chat they asked experienced intelligent questions and then responded with move-forward comments like, “What a great idea, perfect, our club needs this, etc.” Art Davis (District 6450 Governor 07-08) and his wonderful wife Nancy are few-found friends…what great people, warm, welcoming and encouraging. Sue Smallwood (District 6450 Governor 06-07) is naturally exciting, vivacious, astute, and wants all businesses on the GiveBack. "I believe FFUSA and Rotary will accomplish great things together and we really look forward to working with District 6450, its clubs and all of its members. We will be following up with everyone we met at the District Conference as well as contacting each club individually as soon as possible."
“I’m glad we can help. With positive response from Rotary Clubs and their supporters, I believe we can contribute over $1 million annually through the GiveBack and at same time raise awareness for Rotary and their causes,” commented Eliason.
